Users are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of any jiffySMS website, app, service or network, including without limitation:

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. jiffySMS will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved.

Irrespective of your location, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, India.

09 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in this website and its content are vested solely with jiffySMS. No part of this website or the Services may be reproduced, transmitted, or stored on any other website, nor may any information be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, or included in any public or private retrieval system, without prior written permission from jiffySMS.
